We
are hopeful that you will enjoy browsing through our creations and
merchandise. Here at the Will N. Kent Trading Co. Indian Store,
most
of which we create ourselves, by hand, is one of a kind.
The
reason behind this is that whomever purchases a particular item can
rest assured that no one else anywhere has the identical item that has
been made by us.
We, also, sell items and products manufactured by other
companies. We
always
try to find items not made by us that
are
made in the U.S.A. But, as any consumer in this great country of ours
knows, this prospect is nearly impossible when almost everything that
is
affordable, in these times, is made outside the U.S. We will
always inform you, the
customer, if an item is imported or not.
We
price our merchandise as fairly and reasonably as possible. We are a
retail business and are too small to sell wholesale. But, we are
not greedy.

We
do our very best to bring you the best product at a fair and reasonable
price. All of our native American style regalia and clothing is
made
by hand and is not duplicated unless ordered by the same person on the
same order. This means that as an item is sold, it will be
replaced on
our website with a new and different item.
We offer every item
possible for rendezvous, Native American (Southeastern), and Civil War
Reinactors that is available to us. We have tents, tipis,
marquees,
etc. of every type and size.
We sell almost anything that would
be found during the 1760 and 1890 time period. Anything that is
not in
our stock, we can usually have for you within 10 days or less.
We
do custom leather work. While we don't make saddles, we do make
repair
parts for saddles. Leather work includes belts, sheaths for
knives,
hawks, rifles, and axes, Southeastern style moccasins, Time Period
shooters bags, belt bags, saddle bags, head gear, cuffs, leggings,
breechelouts, and your custom requests.
Our line of stick
weaving, made by Ron and Jana Morris (Cherokee & Creek/Seneca
respectively) is the oldest form of cloth and wool weaving in history.
Their work is absolute art! Our stock is limited and as it is
sold, it
will not be replaced. We have about 15 color combinations of
sashes,
belts, arm bands & garters (leg bands).
Our store is a real
place here in Folkston, Georgia and is not just an Online store. We are
also the permanent home and coordinators of
A Gathering of
Eagles Inc.
PowWow and Frontier Days. It is a living history event that we produce every
November. We just had our 5th Annual one November
of 2010
and
are already setting the stage for 2011's event. You can find out
all
of the details on our
PowWow
page.
