PowWow Vendors & Demonstrators



We invite all Vendors and Demonstrators to join us for our next Pow Wow and Frontier Days Living History event.

It will be held 1 mile North of Folkston, Georgia on US 301 on November 11th, 12th, & 13th.  You may arrive on Thursday, November 10th for set up and stay until 6:00pm on Monday, November 14th.

  • There will be wilderness camping available.  
  • Fires will be allowed as long as there is no fire ban in effect and they must be contained.
  • There is space provided for RV parking, however, there are no RV amenities available.
  • Security will be provided Friday & Saturday night.  No Alcohol or Drugs Permitted.  Front gate will be locked at 10:00pm.
  • Booth spaces are approximately 12x12 or as needed to be determined by the Event Coordinator.
  • Vendor Fee is $60 for the three days.
  • Demonstrators are not charged as long as they are not selling anything.
  • There will be electricity after dark for lighting purposes only. No heaters, coffee pots, etc.
  • Booth spaces larger that 12' x 20' will be charged an extra $20 ($80 total)
  • No Flea Market Items will be Allowed -- Strickly Enforced!
  • Space is limited to 22 vendors so First come, First served.
The purpose of your participation is to educate those attending in the crafts and culture of the Native Americans from 1830 to 1870.

The following meals will be provided for Vendors & Demonstrators:
  • Coffee & Donut Breakfast - Friday, Saturday & Sunday
  • Dinner -- Saturday
